Use of service

Baze is a restaurant analytics platform currently in pilot. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Data

You retain ownership of your restaurant data. By using Baze, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Pilot period

During the pilot phase, features and pricing are subject to change. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes.

Limitation of liability

Baze is provided as-is during the pilot period. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
